Instructions

Muesli bars without baking

  • Put muesli, dates, cranberries, coconut flakes, flaked almonds in a machine where you can chop them up. Then transfer the whole thing into a bowl. Take a saucepan and add the butter, honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Melt.
  • Add coconut oil, stir and add to the bowl with the chopped ingredients. Now take a cereal mold (if you don't have one, take a baking dish that you have lined with baking paper) and carefully distribute the mixture in it. Press down firmly and then place in the refrigerator.
  • Leave it in for about 1 hour so that the whole thing can solidify. Then take it out of the cereal mold or (who made it in the baking dish, lift it out together with the baking paper) and cut it into bars.
