Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ honeydew melon(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 slice(s) pineapple, fresh
  • 20 g almond(s), sliced
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, thumb-sized and grated
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of sambal oelek
  • 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, combine all the ingredients for the dressing. Peel the fruit and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Toast the almonds in a dry pan. Mix the dressing and fruit together, then sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
