Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ honeydew melon(s)
- 2 bananas
- 2 slice(s) pineapple, fresh
- 20 g almond(s), sliced
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 piece(s) ginger, thumb-sized and grated
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch of sambal oelek
- 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, combine all the ingredients for the dressing. Peel the fruit and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Toast the almonds in a dry pan. Mix the dressing and fruit together, then sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
