Halloumi burger with cream cheese and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of halloumi
  • 1 wholemeal roll (fitness roll), homemade
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, grainy
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tsp crème fraîche
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the halloumi cheese into small pieces and fry or bake it crispy in the oven, pan, or grill. Mix the cream cheese with balsamic vinegar and crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, and any other spices you like. Cut open the roll, place a bit of cheese on top, and spread with the cream cheese mixture. Arrange the cucumber slices on top and place the lid on top.
