Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg spelt flour (wholemeal)
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • some cinnamon
  • 70 g raisins
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 70 g nuts, roughly chopped
  • possibly desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

makes about 30 pieces

Combine all dry ingredients, mix yeast with water and honey, and stir into the flour mixture. Make a yeast dough and let it rise in a warm place for 50 minutes. Divide the dough into pieces, shape into rolls, brush with water, and sprinkle with oatmeal or nuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
