Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 banana(s)
- 100 ml plant milk (plant drink)
- 1 apple
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegan breakfast
Toast the oat and coconut flakes in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Roughly chop the banana and blend with the milk in a blender or with an immersion blender until creamy. Dice the apple and dust with cinnamon. Add the flakes and pour the banana foam over everything.
