Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 80 g butter
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fat for the mold
  • Chocolate lentil(s), optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Melt the butter and whisk with the sugar, eggs, and milk. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the liquid mixture. Mix everything well and season with vanilla extract. Divide the mixture into the greased muffin tins and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes. If desired, you can also add a small cup of chocolate chips or something similar. Makes 6 muffins.
