Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 180 ml oil
- 100 ml cream
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for 12 muffins
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the oil and cream and mix well. Then sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix everything into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into muffin cups or a greased muffin tin and bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
