Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Fat, for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Basic recipe
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, then the sifted flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. This amount is enough for 12 muffin tins. Grease them well beforehand. Bake at 180°C (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes. These muffins are also delicious with cherries or apples.
