Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 cup fat
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder and soda (baking soda)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 175 g chocolate shavings
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the fat and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla powder. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and add to the mixture. Add the oats and mix well. Finally, add the chocolate and coconut flakes. Drop by the teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 8-9 minutes. 1 cup is approximately 250 ml, so always use the same ratio.
