Mushroom and bacon party snack

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) bacon, approx. 1 mm thick
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mixed seeds (pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • n. B. white wine or rosé wine, dry
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan
  • n. B. Pepper, black
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in a pan with a little oil over medium heat until crispy. Halfway through, add the corn, garlic, and mushrooms and fry. Deglaze with a little dry white or rosé wine and reduce further. Finally, season with pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide this mixture between three ovenproof dishes. Crack the eggs, whisk them, and divide them between the three dishes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes and let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
