Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g sea salt
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp pepper, black or white
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Individual salt for making meat marinades

Place all ingredients, except the salt, in a mortar and pestle and grind until finely ground. Mix the spices with the salt in a bowl. Transfer everything to sterilized jars. Tip: These make a great gift for making marinades.
