Slice the leeks and arrange them on the roasting tray. Slice the potatoes and arrange them in a brick shape on top. Do the same with the fish. Brush the fish with mustard, then layer diced bacon and sliced ​​onions on top of the bacon. Then, cover the tomatoes tightly, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and a little salt. Pour 1/4 liter of cream over the fish, sprinkle with knobs of butter, and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 180-200°C for 35 minutes. Done, and enjoy!
