Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1,250 g jacket potatoes
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 kg fish fillet(s) (cod, redfish)
- 500 g bacon, streaky
- 250 ml sweet cream
- tomato(s)
- onion(s)
- butter
- salt and pepper

Slice the leeks and arrange them on the roasting tray. Slice the potatoes and arrange them in a brick shape on top. Do the same with the fish. Brush the fish with mustard, then layer diced bacon and sliced onions on top of the bacon. Then, cover the tomatoes tightly, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and a little salt. Pour 1/4 liter of cream over the fish, sprinkle with knobs of butter, and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 180-200°C for 35 minutes. Done, and enjoy!
