Mushroom and pak choi sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion(s) or shallot
  • 100 g pak choi
  • 250 g chanterelles
  • 200 g milk
  • 2 tbsp spelt flour type 1050
  • salt and pepper
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and cut the bok choy into thin strips. Peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté both in oil. Thinly slice the chanterelles, add them, and sauté for about five minutes. Separately, stir the milk and flour until smooth. Add and simmer for another five minutes, bringing to a boil once. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. The sauce goes well with potatoes, patties, meat, etc.
