refreshing dessert

If you can’t find Stippmelk in stores, you can make it yourself. Simply mix quark with milk. The mixing ratio is 80% quark (full-fat, not low-fat) and 20% milk. Since Stippmelk is sweetened, the amount of honey needs to be increased by about 1 tablespoon. Mix the Stippmelk with 2 tablespoons of honey and the washed blueberries. Garnish with the remaining honey.
