Mushroom and Wine Soup

- 500 g Mushrooms
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 125 ml White wine
- 125 ml Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Put a little butter in the saucepan and lightly sauté the chopped onions
- Add cleaned and sliced mushrooms and sauté as well
- Deglaze with the white wine
- Add the prepared vegetable stock and cook for 30 minutes
- Now crush everything with the magic wand and then rub the entire mass through a sieve
- Pour the cream into the resulting broth and briefly bring to the boil
- Season to taste with pepper and salt
- Serve with a baguette
