Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pot of oregano, fresh
  • 1 pot basil, fresh
  • 3 tsp vegetable oil
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 stalk(s) baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Score the tomatoes and briefly place them in boiling water so that the skin can be easily peeled off. After peeling the skin, deseed the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Now pluck the leaves from the oregano and basil and chop them finely. Now chop the spring onions and garlic. Then put everything in a bowl, add the oil, and season with salt. Now cut the baguette into slices, fry them in a pan with oil until crispy, and then top with the salad. Serve immediately.
