Mushroom bruschetta

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 large mushrooms
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 onion(s), small
  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • olive oil
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • Parmesan
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Clean and wash the mushrooms, then dice them into small cubes. Dice the onion. Finely slice the spring onions and add them to the onions along with the crushed garlic clove. Fry the diced mushrooms in a pan with plenty of olive oil until they have shrunk considerably in size. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then add the mushrooms and oil to the onions. Mix everything well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. During this time, you can perfectly prepare the bread. Cut the baguette into thin slices and place them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. If you like, grate Parmesan cheese. Spread the mushroom mixture on the still-warm bread slices, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve immediately.
