Mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 125 ml Cremefine
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 slice(s) of raw ham
  • 1 shot of white wine, semi-dry
  • 1 corner(s) of processed cheese, approx. 25 g
  • e.g. sea salt
  • chili powder
  • Herbs, dried
  • Parsley
  • some sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with Cremefine

Finely chop the mushrooms, spring onions, and ham and fry in a little sunflower oil. Then deglaze with a splash of semi-dry white wine. Add the Cremefine and the processed cheese and bring to a boil briefly. Season with sea salt, chili powder, and herbs, and finish with the fresh, finely chopped parsley. This dish goes wonderfully with dumplings, pasta, or rice.
