Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of bread dumplings with bacon, approx. 360 g
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 5 sprigs of marjoram
- 800 g mixed mushrooms
- 300 g leek
- 2 tbsp germ oil
- 250 g Cremefine for cooking
- 2 tbsp paprika paste
- 2 apples
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Prepare the bread dumplings according to the package instructions. Chop the garlic and marjoram. Wash the leek thoroughly and slice thinly. Slice large mushrooms. Fry the garlic, leek, and mushrooms in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the crème fraîche and paprika paste and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Dice the apples and add them along with the dumplings and marjoram. Heat everything for 3-4 minutes.
