Mushroom Gratin
The perfect mushroom gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves chopped
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Vegetable broth powder
- Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Pepper
- 150 g Cooked ham
- 200 g Grated Gouda
- 3 tbsp White wine dry
- Butter for the mold
- Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and chop the garlic cloves. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms with the garlic for 5 minutes. Season with vegetable stock, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper.
- Cut the ham into small cubes and add 2/3 of the cheese to the mushroom mixture.
- Put this in a baking dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Drizzle everything with white wine.
- Bake the casserole in about 10-12 minutes at 250 degrees. A baguette is enough in the evening !!!!!!
