Mushroom Gratin

The perfect mushroom gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Mushrooms brown
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Vegetable broth powder
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Grated Gouda
  • 3 tbsp White wine dry
  • Butter for the mold
  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and chop the garlic cloves. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms with the garlic for 5 minutes. Season with vegetable stock, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper.
  1. Cut the ham into small cubes and add 2/3 of the cheese to the mushroom mixture.
  1. Put this in a baking dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Drizzle everything with white wine.
  1. Bake the casserole in about 10-12 minutes at 250 degrees. A baguette is enough in the evening !!!!!!
