Mushroom – ham – slices

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pack of puff pastry, round, fresh
  • some oil
  • 375 g mushrooms, finely chopped fresh
  • 4 slices of ham, finely chopped
  • 4 spring onions
  • 15 g parsley, fresh or frozen
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Line the puff pastry in a 26 cm springform pan or quiche dish and brush with egg yolk. Fry the finely chopped mushrooms in a pan with oil. After 5 minutes, remove the pan and stir in the spring onions, ham, and parsley. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Beat the cream cheese and eggs for 5 minutes. Spread the mushroom mixture on the puff pastry and pour the egg mixture over it. Bake in the oven at 210°C for 25 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold.
