Mushroom Lasagne for 2 People

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 400 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated nutmeg
  • Lasagne sheets
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 150 g Grated Emmental
  1. Peel the onion and garlic
  1. Mash the garlic and cut the onion into small cubes
  1. Thaw spinach and cut into strips, the mushrooms into slices
  1. Heat the butter in the pan, add the onion and the garlic, sauté the mushroom slices until they are translucent, and fry for about 5 minutes
  1. Add spinach and, with the lid closed, also steam for 5 minutes over low heat
