Mushroom Lasagne for 2 People

- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 200 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 400 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated nutmeg
- Lasagne sheets
- 200 ml Cream
- 150 g Grated Emmental
- Peel the onion and garlic
- Mash the garlic and cut the onion into small cubes
- Thaw spinach and cut into strips, the mushrooms into slices
- Heat the butter in the pan, add the onion and the garlic, sauté the mushroom slices until they are translucent, and fry for about 5 minutes
- Add spinach and, with the lid closed, also steam for 5 minutes over low heat
- then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Fill the vegetables and lasagne plates in layers into 2 ceramic molds
- Pour the cream on top and cover with the cheese
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes
- Halfway through the baking time, lower the temperature to 160 so that the cheese does not burn
