Polentashmarrn with Garlic Dip
The perfect polentashmarrn with garlic dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dip:
- 1 Egg yolk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Clarified butter
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mint fresh
- Grated lemon peel
- Mix the polenta with the egg yolk and salt and pepper.
- Heat the butter lard in a pan, flatten the polenta in the pan and let it fry a little, when it is nice and brown, turn it and fry the 2nd side, then cut it into pieces and fry a little more.
For the dip:
- Press the garlic clove, finely chop the mint, mix both with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
- Serve the Schmarrn with the dip
