Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. garlic, fresh or garlic powder
  • e.g. parsley, fresh
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • Paprika powder
  • 50 g herb butter
  • some cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Wash and trim the mushrooms, then slice them (leave small ones whole or halve them). Peel and slice the onion. Melt the herb butter in a saucepan and add the mushrooms and onion rings. Add a little parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic, and simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Add a little cream, if desired. Garnish with parsley at the end. This mushroom pan can be eaten as is or with pasta, rice, or potatoes.
