Tagliatelle with oyster mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 100 g oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 250g tagliatelle
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the zucchini into sticks and the mushrooms into strips. Blanch, peel, and dice the tomatoes. Heat the butter and sauté the zucchini and mushrooms over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and continue to simmer. Add the crème fraîche and finely chopped chives, season with salt and pepper, and continue simmering until the tagliatelle is cooked in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, let it drain, and serve immediately with the vegetables.
