Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 large shiitake mushrooms, dried
- 2 large morels, black, dried
- 6 spring onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic, Chinese
- 4 cm ginger root, sliced
- 2 chili peppers, green
- 2 yellow chili peppers
- 4 tomatoes, dried, in oil
- 2 tsp seaweed (nori seaweed)
- 1 tsp, strained broth, instant
- 2 tbsp oil
- 125 ml water
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours

Soak the mushrooms for at least 3 hours, then slice them into 1.5 cm thick slices. Slice the spring onions into 3 cm long sticks. Finely slice the garlic, chilies, ginger, and tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms first, then add the onions and the remaining ingredients. Simmer gently over low heat until almost no liquid remains.
