Mushroom pan in 10 minutes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bowl of mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and dice the onion, and finely slice the ham. First, sauté the onion in a pan, then add the ham strips, and finally the mushrooms. When the mushrooms have reduced in volume by about half and the water from the mushrooms has evaporated, add the teaspoon of granulated stock and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes. When it starts to thicken again, the mushroom pan is ready. It’s truly delicious with fresh white bread.
