Mushroom Pan À La Heiko
The perfect mushroom pan à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 250 g Carrots
- 2 bunch Spring onions
- 100 g Meat sausage
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Chilli from the mill
- 150 ml Cream
- Clarified butter
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel the carrots in half and cut into slices. Clean the spring onions, wash them and cut into rings. Cut the meat sausage into small cubes.
- Heat the butter lard in a pan and fry the meat sausage. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Now add the mushrooms and season with salt, pepper from the mill, chilli and sugar. Let simmer again for 5 minutes.
- Now stir in the spring onions and pour in the soy sauce and cream. Let it boil down briefly and season again with salt. Arrange on a plate and serve with a baguette. Good Appetite.
