Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For the mushroom stir-fry, clean the mushrooms and quarter them (optional). Heat a pan until steaming, then add the sunflower oil and mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Reduce the heat, dice the onion, add it to the pan with the mushrooms, and cook for four minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and a heaped tablespoon of parsley, mix everything thoroughly, and season with salt and pepper. A mushroom stir-fry is a must-have at any market in winter.
