Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 large onions
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 garlic clove(s) or some garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

as a side dish to meatballs or cutlets

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into strips. Add the butter to the pan and add the mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms briefly, then add the onions. Now add the garlic clove. If you don’t have fresh garlic, you can also add some garlic powder. Season the dish to taste. I always add a little more butter at the end.
