Mushroom pan with king oyster mushrooms and black olives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g king oyster mushrooms
  • 50 g black olives, pitted
  • 50 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • chili oil
  • 1 pack of soy cream (soy cream cuisine) (soy cuisine)
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s), more to taste

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Sauté them in a pan with a little hot chili oil until browned, straining any resulting liquid into a cup. Once the mushrooms are browned, reduce the heat to low. Add the liquid with the soy sauce and season with salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Add the olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Spätzle or whole-wheat noodles go well with this mushroom pan. A piece of tofu, potatoes, or rice also works well.
