marinated, crispy fried pork with jalapeño cabbage and mie noodles

Mix the marinade ingredients with the meat and let it sit. (We usually let it sit for 1-2 hours.) Bake the meat in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius until browned and crispy. Mix the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil, adding a sauce thickener until the desired consistency is reached. Finely chop the jamon cabbage and briefly sauté it in olive oil. Cook the mie noodles according to the package instructions. Transfer the noodles to a plate, then the cabbage and meat, and then cover with the sauce. Tastes heavenly!
