Mushroom pan with tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato(s) or 2 – 3 regular tomatoes
  • 75 ml water
  • n. B. herbs, fresh
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, clean and slice the mushrooms, then place them in a bowl. Then, finely chop the garlic and leek and add them to the bowl. Now, chop the tomatoes into small pieces, add the water, and bring to a boil. Then, finely chop the herbs and add them to the pan with the tomatoes. Once the tomatoes are very soft and some of the water has evaporated, add the tomato paste and simmer briefly. Finally, add the mushrooms, leek, and garlic, and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
