Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g couscous
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g chicken breast, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the couscous according to the package instructions or pour water over it and add a little salt. Let it cool. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry. In the meantime, trim the spring onions and sauté them to taste. Peel the cucumber, slice them, and quarter them. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Dice the feta cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Stir in the olive oil and season with garam masala, salt, and pepper.
