Mushroom Patties
The perfect mushroom patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Potato
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 50 g Onion
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
- Cut the potatoes (peeled weight) into small pieces (they will then be crushed anyway) and cook as usual with a little salt. Drain and mash with a fork.
- Finely dice the onions and sauté until colorless. If necessary, clean the mushrooms (peeling is not necessary!) And cut / chop into fine cubes.
- Add the mushrooms to the onions, add a chopped / pressed clove of garlic and fry everything for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the mushrooms in a bowl and let cool down a little. Mix in the egg and potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and add the champion mass to the pan with a tablespoon and shape the patties to the desired size and fry them brown on both sides. Turn carefully because the mixture will fall apart slightly at first if the egg has not yet set.
Tip:
- You can leave out the potatoes, the patties turn out great without them. A quark or cream cheese dip goes well with it.
