Mushroom ragout on whole wheat spaghetti

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mixed mushrooms
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 50 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 50 g spaghetti (wholemeal)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 1 person

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Melt the margarine in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Serve the mushroom ragout with the spaghetti.
