Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of mushrooms, whole
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 class jar of mayonnaise (salad cream)
  • salt and pepper
  • Dill, chopped, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the mushrooms, then quarter them and place them in a bowl. Finely dice the onion and add them to the mushrooms. Pour the salad dressing over the mushrooms and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and dill, let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours, and enjoy.
