Mushroom Salad

The perfect mushroom salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 70 g Spring onion
  • 60 g Lettuce hearts
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 5 g Mustard
  • Salt
  1. Clean the mushrooms if necessary (you don’t have to peel them) and cut into thin slices. Put in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Then drain and drain well.
  2. Cut the spring onion into fine rings and cut the lettuce into small pieces (like the spring onion).
  3. Mix all ingredients (the mushrooms should still be warm but no longer hot) and season with salt and pepper. Chill the salad and let it steep for several hours, preferably overnight.
