Mushroom Salad on Tomato Carpacchio
The perfect mushroom salad on tomato carpacchio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Fresh mushrooms
- 0,5 Onion
- 4 Spring onion
- 1 disc Cooked ham
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Ground caraway
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 Splash White vinegar
- 1 Tomato
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the onions and finely dice them. Peel the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Cut ham into strips.
- Put the mushrooms and onions in a pan with a little oil, but don’t brown them (unfortunately I didn’t succeed).
- Add the ham strips, spring onions and spices. Season to taste with salt and pepper as well as chilli and caraway seeds. Add a dash of vinegar. Mix everything well. After seasoning, serve on very thin tomato slices.
- Is good as a starter or as a side dish to dinner. Enjoy your meal!
