Mushroom Salad on Tomato Carpacchio

The perfect mushroom salad on tomato carpacchio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 4 Spring onion
  • 1 disc Cooked ham
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Ground caraway
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 Splash White vinegar
  • 1 Tomato
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  2. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Peel the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Cut ham into strips.
  3. Put the mushrooms and onions in a pan with a little oil, but don’t brown them (unfortunately I didn’t succeed).
  4. Add the ham strips, spring onions and spices. Season to taste with salt and pepper as well as chilli and caraway seeds. Add a dash of vinegar. Mix everything well. After seasoning, serve on very thin tomato slices.
  5. Is good as a starter or as a side dish to dinner. Enjoy your meal!
