Mushroom soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chanterelles (chanterelle mushrooms) or porcini mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • some flour
  • 1 liter of water
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 1 cube of soup, instant
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • some nutmeg, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the chanterelles or mushrooms and slice them finely. Finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté in butter or oil, and coat with flour. Add the mushrooms. Pour in water, add the bay leaf and marjoram, and season with stock cubes, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let the soup simmer gently. Finish with cream and sprinkle with parsley.
