Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 apples
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the mustard and cream, add the onion. Peel and coarsely grate the apples. Peel and dice the eggs. Add both and season with salt and sugar.
