A quick dish for a small hunger.
Peel the onion and trim the mushrooms. Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and mushrooms until well-seared. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, stir in the sour cream, and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour the mixture onto a tortilla, roll it up, and enjoy while still warm.
