Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g oyster mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 ½ tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce, sweet and sour
- 1 mango(s)
- e.g. arugula
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Slice the oyster mushrooms and sauté them in the heated oil for a few minutes. Add the cumin just before the end of the cooking time and stir in the soy sauce at the very end. Remove the mushrooms, mix them with the chili sauce, and set aside. Peel and finely chop the mango. Add them to the pan and sauté briefly. Arrange the fried oyster mushrooms on a plate with arugula leaves and place the mango pieces on top of the mushrooms. Serve immediately.
