Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tsp honey
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 shallots
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms. Peel the shallots and garlic, dice them, and add them to the pan. When the shallots are translucent, add the honey and let it simmer slightly. Then deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and let it almost evaporate. Finally, season with salt and pepper. This makes a great side dish for a barbecue.
