Mushrooms with Cream Cheese Filling

- 9 size Mushrooms
- 4 Stems Parsley
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Grated Gouda
- 1 disc Boiled ham
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Unscrew the stems from the mushrooms and place them in a baking dish.
- Finely chop the parsley, mix well with 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Cut the ham into small pieces and spread among the mushrooms. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Pour the butter into the baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (circulating air 180 degrees). Spread the crumbs over the mushrooms and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil. Bake in the hot oven on the lowest rack for 25 minutes. And serve hot.
