Mushrooms with Small Spicy Balls

Ingredients
 

meatballs

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 medium Chilli red
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tsp Mustard sweet
  • 1 Egg
  • Pepper salt
  • Possibly marjoram

mushrooms

  • 1 can Chanterelles
  • 1 can Stick sponge
  • 1 can Mushrooms
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 0,5 packet Feta in cubes e.g. from Patros
  • 2 tbsp Broth

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Remove the mushrooms from the cans, drain and add to the onion. Pepper and salt. Deglaze with the broth and add the feta cubes. Let something stew.

meatballs

  • Finely chop the chilli and onion and add to the minced meat. Season with pepper, salt and sweet mustard if necessary. Marjoram, add an egg and mix everything. Form small balls. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the balls. Degrease on kitchen paper and add to the pan with the mushrooms.
  • With a fresh rocket salad or lamb's lettuce with light dressing and flatbread. The beer shouldn't be missing there either.
