Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 6 tbsp Sherry medium
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 0,5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- 200 g Prunes
- 100 g Bacon
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 12 Long Wooden skewers
- Oil
Instructions
- Wash the meat with cold water, pat dry and cut into 3cm cubes.
- Mix the sherry, honey, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Press the garlic.
- Add the chicken, turn in the marinade and cover and chill.
- Cut the strips of bacon in half crosswise and wrap each plum with it.
- Wash the spring onions and cut about 3cm long pieces from the white and light green part.
- Oil the wooden skewers.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and dab with paper towel (save the marinade)
- Put 3 meat cubes, 2 bacon plums and 2 spring onion pieces alternately on the skewers.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the skewers in portions on each side.
- After turning each, drizzle with a little sherry marinade,
- Arrange cool on a platter.
