Mustard and onion marinade

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped mustard, sweet
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely grated
  • 1 chicken breast, cut into steaks or cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

for chicken or pork, makes it nice and tender and spicy, easy and quick

Combine mustard, yogurt, oil, and grated onion. Season generously with the spices. Add the meat, mix, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour, preferably overnight. If there’s still a lot of marinade left on the meat, scrape it off before grilling to prevent it from dripping into the embers. Grill as usual.
