Mustard Beans (green Beans)

The perfect mustard beans (green beans) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Green beans – Green beans
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 kl. Onions
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Broth or soup
  • Savory
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Mustard to taste
  1. I got frozen fisoles from my sister, I love fisoles but wanted to do something different
  2. Saved me some work – wash fresh green beans, clean and cut into small pieces and cook in salted water until crispy.
  3. Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes. Let the oil get hot in a saucepan and roast the onion until translucent, dust it with flour and roast it, deglaze with a little soup, add the crispy boiled green beans and sauté with a little savory until soft.
  4. Finally, salt, pepper and season with mustard. Did that for the first time was an attempt.
  5. Potatoes are enough for me, sprinkle with fresh dill if necessary.
