Mustard Beans (green Beans)
The perfect mustard beans (green beans) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Green beans – Green beans
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 kl. Onions
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Broth or soup
- Savory
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Mustard to taste
- I got frozen fisoles from my sister, I love fisoles but wanted to do something different
- Saved me some work – wash fresh green beans, clean and cut into small pieces and cook in salted water until crispy.
- Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes. Let the oil get hot in a saucepan and roast the onion until translucent, dust it with flour and roast it, deglaze with a little soup, add the crispy boiled green beans and sauté with a little savory until soft.
- Finally, salt, pepper and season with mustard. Did that for the first time was an attempt.
- Potatoes are enough for me, sprinkle with fresh dill if necessary.
