Mustard eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 250 ml broth
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 n. B. Pepper
  • 1 n. B. Paprika powder, rose hot
  • 1 ½ tsp, heaped capers
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the eggs, rinse, and peel. Meanwhile, combine the broth with the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and add the capers. Bring to a boil briefly. Mix the flour with a cup of water and then pour it into the hot sauce, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Stir in the mustard and add the eggs, letting it simmer for a few minutes. Potatoes are a good side dish.
